…and I’m excited. Cornerstone has announced only about 50 bands so far and, imho, it is stellar. Iona, the Listener, Becoming the Archetype, Danielson, Seabird, Ashley Cleveland, Ilia (a personal fave of mine), The Violet Burning, A Plea for Purging, Destroy Nate Allen, the 77s, Headnoise…what a great lineup. And there are about 250 more bands to go.
The ticket price has dropped, the seminar tents and Gallery Stage are moving back to their last location….oh boy, oh boy. My friend, Jim Fitz, has announced he will be back manning the Christian Peacemaking booth.
And here is a picture of me attending a seminar last year:
(That’s me in the foreground wearing a One Bad Pig tee. This is the seminar on Philosphy and Christianity where the presenter said he believes it is possible that God’s hand can be seen in evolution theory. I happen to agree with him…it could be the way He set it up. But this caused intense perturbation in some fellows camping near me).
I gotta go…see if i can find my tent. Hmmm, Waterdeep has a new CD…wonder if they will be back?
